Sadly I didn't have the funds, but the seller very kindly let me post pics of it on here. Those forks are fantastic, must be mentally stiff. The new owner is very lucky, you don't see many about anymore. Brings back memories of a picture from MBUK of Dave Hemming getting air on one of these out of the Malverns Bombhole in matching lycra, pure class. And I have chosen to go that route with my new mtb frame. The man in charge of building this custom beauty is Robin Mather. Lots of choice but the basics are 853 with 725 rear triangle, corrected for 100mm suspension forks, disc brake only. The detail is just fantastic, so far Rob has made this fancy lug for the seat tube:

full size image here.

Watch this space for progress as it happens......

Welcome

It's all new! Bikesnob is a wee spot on the net for my love of bikes and bike design. The essence is that it should not matter how much the bike costs, if it looks good, designed for the purpose it is intended and has flair it can go here. Pics will be coming as and when I spot something I like. I'm sure there will be many people who disagree, but that's their perogative.

Watch this space and don't accept pants bikes.
